Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Lobhayate India, we are committed to offering a refined and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for both domestic and international customers.


1. Standard Return Policy (India & International)

We offer a 5-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible products.

2. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
  • After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.
  • Refunds will include the original standard shipping cost (if applicable), in accordance with EU law.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a free return pickup (where available), or
  • Provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges

4. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Be returned within the applicable return period (5 days or 14 days for EU orders)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Sale”, unless defective
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Any item returned without original packaging or tags

6. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent transit damage
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection and approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items (or where required by law, such as in the EU)

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy.
